MaonoCare Terms Of Services
Thank you for purchasing MaonoCare. Please note the following:
By purchasing MaonoCare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. In order to ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, you must purchase MaonoCare and the corresponding products from the Maono official website at www.maono.com.
2. You can only enjoy the service if you purchase both the product and MaonoCare on the Maono official website at www.maono.com.
3. A single Maono product can only be bound to MaonoCare once.
4. The SN barcode and logistics scan code label on the product are essential for using MaonoCare. Please keep this information properly. It is recommended to take a picture of the SN barcode and logistics scan code label when the product arrives.
5. Please note tat the Maono care service is not currently open to all products. Only some products can enjoy this service. For detailed product information, please see the specific product list belo.
6. Please note that if you purchase a set product and purchase the Maono Care service, MaonoCare will temporarily only activate the extended warranty period for the corresponding effective products.

MaonoCare services may vary by product. Please refer to the product page description when purchasing MaonoCare.
1.1 Validity period
MaonoCare will take effect after the standard product warranty of the microphone expires, and the warranty validity period will be automatically extended to one year.
1.2 Warranty events
You can enjoy two warranty during the validity period. Generally, microphone damage or failure can be repaired by replacing parts or repairing the whole machine.
*Maono technicians will help you diagnose machine failures and provide corresponding solutions. Repairs are only applicable to damage or failures confirmed by Maono technical engineers.
1.3 Technical Support
Maono After-Sales Service Center will respond to your service request within 24 hours (except holidays)
1.4 Exclusive Access
MaonoCare is exclusively available on https://www.maono.com/. You can only get it on the Maono official website. (You can only enjoy the service when you purchase the machine and MaonoCare on the Maono official website). It is not open to Amazon, maono.mx, Amazon or other unofficial channels.
2. Terms
2.1 Service Scope
The following is the coverage of MaonoCare.
1) The replacement service covers major parts caused by normal use or accidents. The parts are defined as follows:
Including accessories lost in the package due to non-personal reasons, cables, shock mount, microphone stand, microphone, etc.
2)The extended standard warranty service only covers faults, failures and damages during use.
2.2 Exclusions
The following losses, expenses and liabilities are not covered by any MaonoCare service:
1) The part is not covered by the service.
2) Loss of Maono products caused by individuals.
3) Purchase of MaonoCare after a machine malfunctions
4) Damage falls within the scope of the standard warranty
5) Component damage caused by unauthorized repair or replacement.
6) Product damage caused by intentional behavior.
7) Product damage caused by installation, use or operation that is not in accordance with the recommended use outlined in the product user manual.
8) Product damage caused by using Maono products for illegal activities.
9) Direct or indirect losses caused by natural disasters, wars, military operations, riots, coups, terrorist activities, etc.
10) Product damage caused by nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions, nuclear pollution or other radioactive contamination.
11) Products purchased from non-official or authorized channels of Maono.
12) MaonoCare and the corresponding product are not purchased from the same country or region.
13) The service is used outside the coverage area.
14) The date you apply for this service is not within the validity period of this service.
15) Failure to apply for service according to the service process.
2.2 Plan (Currently MaonoCare only extends the shelf life of the following products, please refer to the following figure)
*MaonoCare is only applicable to damage or failure confirmed by Maono technical engineers.
3. Service of Process
3.1 MaonoCare Purchase
After Maono's technical diagnosis, if it is determined that the product needs to be replaced, Maono customer service will arrange shipment for you within 1-3 working days, and the arrival time will be determined according to your location and local logistics transportation time.
If based on technical judgment, if your machine only needs to replace parts to complete the repair, we will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days and inform you of the shipment code. The arrival time will be determined according to your location and local logistics transportation time.
4. Termination of Service
If Maono has fully fulfilled its MaonoCare service obligations, the service will terminate in one of the following circumstances:
1) The agreed coverage period for each service has expired.
2) The applicable service quota has been reached.
3) The user has requested to exit MaonoCare, and the request has been confirmed by Maono.
5. Return and transfer of MaonoCare service
1) If you do not use any MaonoCare service within 30 days after ordering MaonoCare, you can get a refund.
2) After purchase, MaonoCare cannot be transferred to other users or products. Only applicable to orders of products purchased on the maono official website at www. maono.com.
